Personal Tutor SCHEME

All undergraduate students are allocated a Personal Tutor upon enrolment.
Personal Tutors can offer advice, support, and help when needed on issues of personal, academic and professional development. They can be that friendly face in times of difficulty. Personal Tutors will not have all the answers, but can guide students appropriately via effective signposting to relevant student support services.

Arrangements will be made for all Level 1 students to meet their Personal Tutors during the early weeks of Semester 1 as part of a group. By the end of Semester 1, Level 1 students will have an individual meeting with their Personal Tutor. Students are encouraged to maintain contact with their Personal Tutor throughout all four years of the MPharm programme. Your Personal Tutor can be contacted Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm during term time.  In the unlikely event of not receiving a reply within 2 working days, please resend your email.

If you are unsure who your Personal Tutor is, then speak to staff in the School Office and they will advise you accordingly. You can also find this information on your QSIS account.
