medical disability

Heads of Schools will inform the Society of any serious medical disability that might affect the ability of an individual to operate as a registered Pharmacist, which comes to their notice. At the time of application for registration, a graduate is required to submit to the Registrar evidence that he is in good health physically and mentally. This is done by way of a statement signed by the applicant’s usual medical practitioner and in cases such as those referred to above it is important that specific points are addressed in the statement.
