The Income and Student Finance Office is responsible for:
- Assessment and collection of student tuition fees and related charges
- Advice and guidance on the assessment and payment of tuition fees
- Administration of the Queen’s University Bursary and the Student Experience Bursary
- Administration of the Student Support Fund which provides help to students in financial difficulty

The Students’ Union Advice Centre also has two members of staff who provide advice and guidance on personal finance, debt management, income maximisation and applying for bursaries. They can see students between 9.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Thursday and 9.00am – 3pm on Friday. If you can only come outside of these hours, they will do their best to accommodate you.
